Buster is a truly special boy. He was scraped off of a rural road, half dead from starvation and mange. He has had an amazing recovery over the last few months and is now ready to be loved by someone who will never treat him like garbage again. Buster is shy at first. Once he gets to know you he is silly and fun. He seems to have springs for feet when he is really happy. His hound dog eyes melt hearts and help him get away with A Lot in his foster home. He is good with other dogs but likes to feel them out first before he engages with play. Buster frequents the off-leash dog park and dog beach. He likes to play hard then pass out on his favorite leather chair. Buster would like to have a buddy in his home as he is a dog's dog. Buster walks nicely on a leash, knows how to sit on command, and is corrected easily by his foster mom. Only serious adopters should inquire.
